you need better companions so as to save the tongue and spoil the minions _________________ The most overlooked advantage to owning a computer is that if they foul up there's no law against wacking them around a little.

I know it's not used as such, atall etc. but the link to the radio is no longer valid.....the server had issues and so I.P address and the likes were changed to a new configuration.....though it seems to be functioning, I can't seem to get the link to it up and running, and the main site with all radio's listed doesn't contain the odal radio.....shall update for any interested once the new address is sorted out. _________________ The corpse's bitter, crimson tears flow, and mingle with the endless sand. | Is funny, recently been looking back at the social and enjoyable aspects that radio brought, do MMO's kill that? It would be an 'ideal' to have voice and radio running in some environment but as ever it comes down to who cares to participate. |

when it works it certainly provides a more intimate and pleasing back ground sound than hearing the same tunes and game sounds again and again all through the hours _________________ The corpse's bitter, crimson tears flow, and mingle with the endless sand. that much is true, but we can all make sound bites and comments, but who of us is going to to say we WANT to do it, we WANT to experience it, we WANT to share 'that'.
The Reeper I know enjoyed that period, and yes albeit we were often the only ones sharing that time, I hope that the time will dawn again and moreover than the Reeper I know will 'come back' enthused by it, and that others will want to share it too. |

Well, hope we get it working again. It was quite fun the few times I tuned in, and a welcome departure from the normal 'game grinding' we normally throw our time into, and something strangely more 'human'. So I'd like to try it again |

The radio is to be believed as living, though time will tell on this case.......let me know if it is in fact working fine or if there's any gliches happening so they can be addressed. _________________ The corpse's bitter, crimson tears flow, and mingle with the endless sand. http://www.shoutcast.com/download/broadcast.phtml - this will run you through the set up - though certain details will not be given forth on a public forum like passwords etc. those interested can ask....though access will be granted at managers discretion........we shall not have it hijacked by lurkers. _________________ The corpse's bitter, crimson tears flow, and mingle with the endless sand. www.swcast.net/broadcast/tutorial.hta ok thats a walk through guide...just hit run
also when connecting I've found at times it's stubbourn so need to start playing before you hit connect and that seems to then hold the stream _________________ The corpse's bitter, crimson tears flow, and mingle with the endless sand. Feeding the chaos within me, and making me stronger. |
